Who we are

What we collect when you join
Your email and your answers to the questions. We also collect where you came from (the page you landed on, the referring site, campaign tags and ad click ids), a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent. We also keep a record of your consent: when you agreed and which wording you agreed to.
Why
To email you about SteadyTax, to decide what to build, and to measure which ads bring people here.
Who processes it
Supabase (database, Sydney), Vercel (hosting and visit statistics) and Resend (email). Meta's pixel loads on the home page, reports your visit to Meta and sets a cookie as soon as the page loads, whether or not you join. When you join, Meta also receives a hashed copy of your email, plus your IP, browser and click ids, to measure our ads.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, or add you to the Australian Tax MCP mailing list.
Overseas
Vercel, Resend and Meta are US companies, so your details may be processed in the United States.
Your access and corrections
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email william@ato-mcp.com.au and I'll reply within 30 days.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with my reply, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
Keeping and deleting
We keep it until SteadyTax launches plus 12 months, or until you ask. Unsubscribe from any email. If you've unsubscribed and want back in, or want your row deleted, email william@ato-mcp.com.au.
